Award Winning Wine Maker Hosts Wine Dinner
Award winning wine maker Alain Serveau of world renowned House of
Albert Bichot will be at the Royal Park Hotel in Rochester on Monday,
May 19,
2008. Hosting a six course, five wine dinner, Serveau will share
his
expertise and insight on the five chosen wines from the 2005 vintage
as
well as entertain us with his vast knowledge of the Chablis region of
France.
In 2004, Serveau was chosen as the Wine
Maker of the Year at the
International Wine Challenge. In 2002,
he was recognized for producing
the Best Pinot Noir in the world, the
2002 Echezeau Grand Cru.
This limited seating event will begin at
6:30pm, beginning with a thirty
minute hors d'oeuvres reception followed
by a four course dinner with
wines. The cost is $95 per person,
inclusive of tax and gratuity. For those
seeking to enjoy a full evening, take
the elevator home to an Executive
Room, $349 per couple, including dinner
